Below is our 100% guarantee cleaning checklist. Priority is given to areas requiring the most attention, such as the kitchen and bathroom. Services not offered: Moving of furniture/appliances, cleaning outside of a home(ex: pressure washing), washing clothes/linen (making beds is included with fresh linen provided, and folding of clothes can be added as well.).
Blinds: Simple dusting of blinds is included in Deep and Move in/out cleanings. Wet wiping of blinds one by one can be added on to the booking separately. All cleaning is “within reach” or if the area can be reached with a 2 step ladder (provided by client).
Extras that can be added on to your booking include: Wet wiping of blinds(hourly), garage/patio sweeping, decluttering/organization(hourly), folding of clothes, carpet cleaning(3 area minimum) and more.

The frequency of scheduling home cleaning services depends on factors such as the size of your home, your lifestyle, and your cleaning preferences. We recommend discussing your needs with us to determine a suitable schedule.
For most clients, we recommend completing a deep cleaning at least once a quarter, and a standard maintenance cleaning in between.
Our deep cleaning service includes all flooring being swept, mopped, and vacuumed depending on flooring material. This will also include cleaning of your bedrooms, bathrooms(tub, shower, toilet, sink, mirror, glass items, etc), in addition to cleaning of your kitchen and the inside of your microwave. In addition, you will receive cleaning of your baseboards, windows, window panes/sills, and dusting of your doors, door frames, ceiling fans/light fixtures, and vents within reach.

Our move-out and move-in cleaning services are designed to prepare your home for its new occupants. It includes all items in our deep cleaning, in addition to the inside of all appliances, cabinets, and drawers.
Our home organization services encompass decluttering, sorting, and organizing various areas of your home such as folding of clothes and organizing closets, cabinets, and storage spaces. No heavy items as most of our cleaners are women. We also ask that the client direct us where to put excess items if there are no areas identified.

Yes, we provide disinfection services using EPA-approved disinfectants to help eliminate germs and bacteria from your home, promoting a clean and healthy environment for you and your family.
We only accept credit or debit cards for bookings. We do not accept cash or any other type of electronic transfers. Your card will be put on hold for the booking total 3 days prior to your cleaning date, but WILL NOT be charged until the day of the cleaning, after the cleaning is complete.
We ask that clients give us AT LEAST 72 hours if you would like to cancel of reschedule to avoid up to a $75 cancellation or rescheduling fee. Ex: If your booking is Wednesday at 9am, please let us know by 9am Monday if you would like to cancel or reschedule. Also if we drive out to a property and are unable to access the property, this fee applies as well.
